Practicing Math is a Plus!

Research shows that most children lose 2-3 months of math learning over the summer. Below is a list of websites where students can practice math concepts at home.

TenMarks Summer Math Program: This individualized free summer math program builds a strong math foundation and reduces summer learning loss for students entering grades one through Algebra 2. Parents set up account and student is given a pre-test to individualize learning activities. 

ABCya.com: Games and activities provide an interactive way for students to learn.  No login required. For students in grades K-5. 

MathABC.com:  Math practice sorted by grade level and math topic. Sign up for a free account or just choose a grade level and topic. 

IXL: Free online math practice organized by skills. IXL will track your score, and the questions will automatically increase in difficulty as you improve!

Hooda Math: Practice and learn math concepts through fun computer games. Specific topics include: addition, subtraction,  multiplication, addition, geometry, basic physics, fractions, integers, and algebra.
